Information We Collect

Information Stored on Your Device (Not Collected by Us)

Your muses (the beliefs and affirmations you write) are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this content, and it is never uploaded to our servers.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use Muselii, we may collect limited, anonymised data to help us improve the app:

• Usage analytics: App opens, feature usage, screen views (via PostHog)
• Device information: Device type, operating system version
• Crash reports: Technical errors to help us fix bugs

This data is anonymised and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Information Processed by AI (Not Stored)

If you enable AI refinement, the text you write is sent to our AI service (OpenAI) for processing. This data is:

• Used only to generate the refined version of your text
• Not stored by us after processing
• Subject to OpenAI's data usage policies (they do not use API data for training)

We do not retain or log your AI refinement requests.

Subscription Information

If you subscribe to Muselii, your payment is processed by:

• Apple App Store (for iOS purchases)
• Google Play Store (for Android purchases)
• Stripe (for web purchases)

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We do not have access to your payment card details.

How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process your subscription
• Improve app performance and fix bugs
• Understand how features are used (in aggregate)

We do not:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Use your data for advertising
• Read your personal muses or reflections
• Require you to create an account
