Welcome to Muselii. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Muselii mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Amolabs ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using Muselii, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Muselii is a personal reflection and affirmation app that allows you to:

• Write and store personal muses (beliefs and affirmations)
• Receive daily reminders
• Use optional AI refinement to shape your wording
• Engage in structured 7-Day Rituals

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Muselii. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. User Content

Your Muses

You retain full ownership of the content you create ("User Content"), including your muses and reflections. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your personal writing.

Your User Content is stored locally on your device. We do not access, read, or store your muses on our servers.

AI Refinement

If you choose to use AI refinement, your text is temporarily sent to our AI service provider (OpenAI) for processing. This text is:

• Used solely to generate a refined version
• Not stored after processing
• Not used to train AI models

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Paid Features

Free:

• Up to 3 muses
• 1 rewrite per muse
• Daily reminder (fixed time)
• AI refinement

Subscription (Muselii Pro):

• Unlimited muses
• Unlimited rewrites
• 7-Day Ritual
• Custom reminder times
• Cycle history

Subscription Terms

• Pricing: $2.99/month or $24.99/year (or local equivalent)
• Free Trial: 7 days for new subscribers (annual plan)
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your App Store, Google Play, or account settings

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe according to their respective policies. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact the relevant platform or email us at info@muselii.com.

6. Intellectual Property

The Muselii app, website, branding, design, and all associated materials are owned by Amolabs and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our app or content
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service

7. AI Disclaimer

Muselii's AI refinement feature is provided as a writing assistance tool. The AI:

• May not always produce perfect results
• Should not be relied upon for professional, medical, or therapeutic advice
• Is not a substitute for professional mental health support

You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any AI-generated refinements before saving them.

8. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer

Muselii is a personal reflection tool, not a mental health service.

• Muselii is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please consult a qualified healthcare provider
• The practice of affirmations and reflection may be beneficial for some people but is not a guaranteed treatment for any condition

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Muselii is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any)

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK.

10. Termination

By You: You may stop using Muselii at any time by deleting the app. Your locally stored data will be removed with the app.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to Muselii if you violate these Terms, we discontinue the Service, or we are required to do so by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of Muselii after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
